I have a feeling LOY will be okay regarding the EQA. Its role is not to put schools out of business but to bring them up to standard. The May first deadline is more bravado than reality. LOY will be given some leniency regarding time to comply.

The second comment:

They rebrand these schools to create synergies in brand recognition.

well it does not make a lot of sense to pay a lot of money to acquire a school and then to "rebrand" these schools. If cornerstone is such a strong brand, why buy PPC in the first place? Why not just rent out some more space and open another Cornerstone branch rather than giving some small time owner of a small school a bunch of cash and company stock. Like I said, AR is not prudent. He aims to please short term investors. New aquisitions should not be absorbed, rather they should be developed and strengthen the LOY Brand .

AR is under a lot of pressure to make more acqusitions. The problem is , he has bought too many schools that should never have been bought because of this pressure. This, in my opinion is weak, short sighted leadership.

We must wait for the next acquistion and then make our judgements accordingly.
