Don't really get what motivates you here.

Actually government regs can provide a bit of a barrier to entry in the segment. At this moment government action(s) are not even speed bumps for LOY.  Regardless, sophisticated operators with scale (almost aways) find ways to comply and move forward in such circumstance. Regarding government, it is well known within how much our economy benefits from foreign students so the G Boogieman is really not out "get" LOY or this segment as you seem to imply. Far from it.

Big picture is whether there is inherent demand for the products offered. There is and said demand is mushrooming and LOY is going after it pedal-to-the-metal as others in others in England, USA and Australia are. BTW, wouldn't surprise me if in the medium to longterm, LOY has presence in one of those markets as growth has ceiling in Canada.

If the sp hits 40's, as HippygirL mentioned, back 'er up. GLTA
