RE:Substance Please
The latest acquisition of Uhak has seen a lot of trading. This is not what investors were looking for. Yes there was a need for an aquisition but it should have been one that tried to increase the market share for LOY. Buying a Korean agency does not increase their share of the private ESL market. Simply put ..private schools worth buying in Canada dont wont to sell to Mr. Ruy. why they dont want to is not my place to say but in the end thats irrelevant. Buying UHAK just might be the end of this company. The agency market will not be pleased and Loy depends heavily on agencies to achieve its bottom line. Mr. Ryu also stated "It should be noted that students do not necessarily have to attend one of our schools for Loyalist to benefit from students going overseas to study. This is the core of the problem . Do you really think A LOY agency is going to encourage a student to go to another school( a competitor)? Like i said before a desperate move. Why doesnt this company stick to its original objective to become the largest market share holder of private esl schools? I think mr ryu has worn out his welcome Read more at https://www.stockhouse.com/news/press-releases/2014/11/24/loyalist-to-acquire-largest-agency-in-south-korean#T3uf0Xp0wKChfk4H.99
