Disappointing!
Disappointing!I'm disappointed in management. How are retail investors suppose to believe in management when they say one thing and do another. Management is the number 1 factor when investing in small caps and it seems like most management teams are not concerned with shareholder interest. Another dilutive financing when we were just told there wouldn't be one!
