RE:Bottom in. My very speculative opinion says that Ryu does not want a repeat of last year's Q4E (we dropped from 60s to 40s). He wants to make a fairly large purchase or some form of expansion to keep LOY interesting during the months of April-May.
If he does not follow through, then we'll be angry some more for the lack of transparency regarding the PP.
Yesterday was a bad day for trading. Today was a great day. If Weatherman did buy at $0.37, then that is a good financial move. I bought at $0.385 with lots of confidence today. I regret nothing.
