Huge Discount but it could have been worse....
Considering stock was around 54 cents when talk of PP was coming out, then dropped a few more cents when news of no price amount was announced...a 20 percent drop or so would be expeced. Esp. with the company not buying anything to go with the PP. Company just keeps putting out more and more cheap shares.
