Q4

Q4Its never a good quarter for the school business including these guys
Seems like they have given up on the school business to concrete on the 
housing sector

Also all fabrice ever mentions is the reit  not the underlying business
Also when you spinn something off shouldnt that be subtracted from the share price since 
it is no longer there

Hope im wrong but it makes me nervous
