RE:What happened today???Although there is a huge demand for ESL schools, there is a much greater supply. Trust me; I own a very good school and we struggle to make ends meet.
English language schools in Canada are in an extremely competitive environment. There are 200 ESL schools in downtown Vancouver. Only the best will survive and everyone in the field knows that LOY schools are all the worst. Now, everyone knows that they are going out of business, so the money will be going elsewhere.
The accommodation thing is just a dream. International students either live in homestays or cram into cheap apartments.
Since we are talking about gambling, does anyone want to make a personal bet on this, just for fun? I'm on.
