RE:Class actions will drive bankruptcy

RE:Class actions will drive bankruptcy
A class action lawsuit wouild definitely be bad for us longs. We need management to be working full time cleaning up this awful mess, not dealing with legal matters. In the US, the suit would have already been filed. In Canada, things move more slowly. This may be an unreasonable expectation, but hopefully we can get Q2 earnings prior to any lawsuit. Even though I'm very long, I cannot imagine the lawsuit is not going to happen. The only hope for longs is for Q2 to show significant improvement; not profitabilty, just improvement. Unfortunately, even with improvement, there will be a lawsuit. This will be a major challenge for management.
