RE:Break-Up Value anyone?LOY paid $15.1M for these 2 agencies in Korea by cash, stock and "uncollectible" Accounts Receivable of Loyalist.  See page 20 of annual report and page 19 of Q1 report.  

"Interesting to note that what LOY doesnt want owners of 3 Korean businesses took it.  Are they good friends of Ryu willing to take his garbage as cash?"

"To answer the above question, Ryu must be good friend of Uhak in order for him to lend $336,686 of shareholder money to this director of Uhak in Korea" see page 34 of annual report disclosure about Insider Transaction."

I was disappointed, now I am pissed off.
