So $13.5 for KGIC, Sprottshaw, Ascenda,, another about 20-25 million, then they have already deals signed for about 5 buildings, already have about $20 million in increased value there, and they plan on having 5000 beds, the nice thing is they have the studends to fill them, and yes there trading at a market cap of about $17 mil. Look at there profits for all the deals they been doing, and they also have a 20 year management contract.
