This does not come as a surprise.
New mgmt is juggling priorities.
Students are being relocated and not left flailing in the wind.
We all knew there would be some re-birth pains.
If Big Mac can deliver, we run.
For now we stand still.
The advantage here is cheaper rents may be negotiated as school space does not have many alternative uses so landlords may be eager to renegotiate.
It would be nice to know the gameplan but I would speculate they have their hands full on the cleanup that's required.
