You are merely a presumed failed English teacher and an ex KGIC employee  fired for scholastic incompetence.
What qualifications do you have for making a business determination?
You serve the function of being a cog in a wheel.
That's all.
Your vision encompasses a business component.
Leave the store running to those more qualified.
