2 penny free trading paper is a good thing if the stock has a terrific rapid bounce on unexpected good news.
My senses tell me there is a well thought out and elaborate gameplan waiting to be played out.
Insiders and well heeled investors are taking down the Deb.
The 2 penny conversion allows late investors the opp of exploiting a very low valuation.
This is one stock that I have accumulated massive size because it's a buildout play that has substantial upside and holds out a promise of achieving multiples on my investment.
So, for those who bought in the open market around 2 cents and those taking down the debenture, a win is assured if the operation returns to profitability.
The market has already discounted the current valuation for reduced sales.
Bear in mind, even if sales were down 40% and the company shows a profit, the stock will bump up.
Sales are great but making money is greater.
