I don't know Gerritos but honestly, he seems to be the only guy with real knowledge of the ESL business on this board.

All the positive posters are just Fabrice Taylor followers parroting FT updates and Loyalist press releases.

Thank you for the endorsement Phil and I couldn't agree more. Most of the posters are pumpers with no inside knowledge of the fundamental business. I would love to see some financials on the housing initiative. I do know students are interested in the cultural component of being in Canada which is lacking in a student housing complex. Plus raising funds for this venture is not going to be easy ...more
