Agree. For all that bullsh.t, they should pay for it, if that's true. I think its priced in the stock price. Let's see.

bank default and lack of tangible equity and assets may mean the bank/receiver may move in faster than one thinks. intangibles and goodwill are given no value by a bank and so we have substantial negative tangible equity here.
