Insiders aren't allowed to trade right now. Employees

should be allowed to buy low interest bonds issued by the company if cash is needed and the PP group should also be allowed to purchase a limited number of issued bonds. Get the housing spin off done this way not by dilution.

Someone at Beacon brought us to $0.085 to close the day (15:59PM) by buying 255,000 shares from different houses (not a cross). I thought that they stopped coverage. Could be any broker at this point. 255,000 shares * 0.085 $/share = $21,675 in 1 order. I certainly hope that LOY has a plan ready and will release details on Friday (tomorrow) for financing. Otherwise, it will have to wait until ...more
