It looks like that the management is doing the right thing: " as well as provide the requisite ESL-pathway education to graduating students who are eligible for admission into Canadian universities and colleges." Canadian universities and colleges is more attractive / value than ESL only. Students in transfer program need to spend more time/money to transfer to university, which is more revenue and more stable than just ESL. On the other hand, still too early to move the stock up.

Great initiative. Great income without agencies involved.
