At this share price...

...the dividend is 7.5%... just to hold it... not too bad for the portfolio.

calm and steady here

with markets down ~ 6 - 7 % this week and LNV down ~1-2%, I am quite thrilled to be in a calm and steady, defensive stock in these times.I am loving that hedge as well these days.   ...more
