Great time to buy

I've been watching this one for a long time but have always hesitated because I figured the dividend should be cut a bit to try to get a little bit of growth into the play. So now, moving forward, there's still a great dividend, combined with positive expectations of production growth over time which would in turn maintain dividend sustainability or even lead to long-term dividend increases as production continues to move up and hopefully share price moves up with it. I can't really see any downside to this considering the dividend is still great. Wouldn't be surprised to see a quick rebound over $5 when people stop and actually think for a minute instead of blindly selling because they've been trained to think that a dividend cut is 'bad'. Cheap on a NAV basis, pretty cheap on a flowing barrel basis, no reason why this can't be a long-term hold with a great dividend and a climb to a $7 or $8 share price. Long-term of course.. But the numbers wouldn't look out of whack if Longview was $8.
