RE:RE:RE:RE: vastly underpricedThanks for the clarification Nawar...as I now understand it, the secondary would follow the process of a primary or follow-on offering, that is could be using similar devices as a private placement, bought deal, dutch auction, or broker distribution. With the important difference being that it is not dilutionary as you note. The additional distribution may engage more institutional interest as they would welcome the additional trading volumes.
