Cardinal has mentioned that they were looking to make a larger acquistion outside their core areas.  LNV would fit this bill.  However, an all share buyout would require CJ to increase their OS by over 40%. 

Don't think it will be Whitecap.  They just closed a $300 million+ acquisition. 

Crescentpoint is always an option especially with it being an all share takeout.
