RE:RE:RE:RE:Reality of the situationThanks Newar, when I saw the news release this morning, I thought, wait a minute the potenial buyer has just been "allocated" 9.8 million shares from the underwriter. They are not going to just walk, they must be negotiating. Your explanation helped provided a better understanding of the rationale for why they would not sign a standstill agreement and NDA. Thanks for that. Sounds like the board has become a passenger for this ride.
I picked up a few thousand more shares at $5. Still a good price even if the deal doesn't go through. The next few weeks should be interesting.
