and while being petty on stockhouse generally nauseates me, your manner of writing/responding makes me feel that it is warranted here. learn to be a bit more polite, despite your anonymity.

why you are still wrong:

while it seems the interested party will take delivery of that block it is not certain. it was only an expression of interest as far as we know.  when the deal closes, and they would have to disclose, we will know for certain. 

i would like to know that they did take the block as:

a) it increases the likelihood of an actual offer in the near future much more certain that the current position.

b) it means the underwriters are not sitting on the block waiting to do a cleanup deal.  unilikley in any event as they should have been able to easily place it with other buyers now the level of interest surrounding LNV has increased.

c) the identity will allow us to determine the relative stregth of any possible offer which may be forthcoming.

for those reasons, the date the issue closes, and the timeline required for disclosure, are both important.
