RE:RE:RE:RE:SGY postMy 2 cents ... does it matter so long as it is a 1 to 1 share swap? ...It will be a win for both companies and after the merger as Nawar pointed out it will be synergistic as both will profit. LNV will exist as part of SGY with economies of scale and SGY will be stronger and we will be looking at $7 long term then ..n everyone will be happy with divs and share price appreciation like TOG ..lol

I agree if no merger LNV will definitely drift back to below $5 and I have a ton of LNV shares and recently bought some SGY below $6 ...all my 2 cents
