A share swap will mean better for us .. someone on the SGY board suggested even more SGY shares for one share of LNV ..I like that but looking at how the share price being traded I think we may only get 0.9 share of SGY ... I think it has to be 1:1 because anything less LNV shareholders will be unhappy and SGY shareholders will not be happy if more SGY shares given for 1 LNV share ... Good luck everyone ..we are hopefully in a sweet spot seppelt ..hopefully
