RE:WCP morning dealSo you do you guys see this playing out.. it looks like somewhere south of 6 bucks will be he buy out..  so maybe another 10% upside.. will it be a cash deal or an issue of surge shares.. I've personally not been part of a buyout before.. does that basically mean one day your shares are gone and  you have whatever the equivalent in cash?
