Just wanted to get any views on what some here think about the deal being finalized on an equal share 1 for 1 basis. Would it not just be easier for shareholders of LNV? If you take 500 shares at .975 you get 487.5 shares. would it not be easier to just finalize at 1 for 1? comments best of luck to all shareholders
