The 21m share quick flip

"My concern is the fact that abt. 50% of the shares that will be eligible to vote on a deal were recently purchased for $4.45.
These Shareholders may be willing to accept a price somewhat lower than the rest of us would for a nice quick short term profit."

I would hope that enough stronger hands are in on it.  But, yeah, some will take a quick profit.

Many will be shorting a portion of ther position to lock in that profit, even if they think it most likely that the stock will move higher.  Billfox

Im kind of thinking along those lines, as 4.45 call option to a degree. I wont be going long on this, on the premise we might see higher prices.. Good luck to those are that are long... Just as an aside, if shares are so undervalued as some have said, is there a share buyback that has been fully completed as a consequene of that perceived undervaluation?

" is there a share buyback " Why would they buy back shares when there the company is about to be sold? Why even make such a ridiculous comment? The minimum bid will be in the $6 range, but LNV could go higher if more bidders jump into the action.

Think a little more, my question said is there a buyback.. as in has there been a share buyback, as most here think the price is undervalued... logically, one would assume, a company would either buy back shares, or perhaps pay out cash to its shareholders. Im not sure how 445 gets to 6 dollars, and I do not think the offering would be suspended, or changed (445) as the companies are independent.. ...more
