Expectations

With a sustanable .48$ long term dividend, a 7$ offer would represent a .068571 div. yields for the new potential owner as is.

It's a fear deal.

For example, under 7$, I prefer certainly keep my shares and their .04$ monhtly income for years to come.

Not taking to account that , fortunalety for the bidder,  I have in mind that our dividends has been cut by 20% recently, This has suddenly cut our sales prices expectations .(8.40$ per LNV share for the same .068571 div. yield)

After that period, the cost for producing of a barrel of oil is more than the price that they could get for it. To extend the life of the ...more
