Expectations
With a sustanable .48$ long term dividend, a 7$ offer would represent a .068571 div. yields for the new potential owner as is.
It's a fear deal.
For example, under 7$, I prefer certainly keep my shares and their .04$ monhtly income for years to come.
Not taking to account that , fortunalety for the bidder, I have in mind that our dividends has been cut by 20% recently, This has suddenly cut our sales prices expectations .(8.40$ per LNV share for the same .068571 div. yield)

Thanks for your comments AC0001. It's helpfull. To your knowledge, could the time horizon before low decline reserve be much longer than the 15 - 20 years use as an example?
