Suiters
I think the biggest reason Longview had not been snatched up earlier was the Advantage ownership overhang. It could very well be that there is more than one interested party now that overhang is gone the circling party(s) start there courting. Whomever bought the +-20% clearly is in the driver seat with the first shot at it. Tough to say what exactly happens, however, at a price of $4.90 per share I think the risk to reward is attractive with about a 10% divy to help smooth the bumps out over a year.

I would think that if aPublic O/G Company purchased 9.3 million shares @ 4.45 (41.3million) in cash, they would have to make a statement to their shareholders. Flooring

Nawar, the way many have been writing, it seemed that the purchase of the shares was a done deal by the suitor. Thanks for the clarification. Would there be a hold period for these shares? Flooring

You welcome, to my knowledge there is no holding period. Regards, Nawar
