LNV & SGY Shareholders Equity

When I combine the Shareholders Equity of LNV with SGY I get $1.163 Billion when you combine the shares outstanding you get 226 million. So simple book value is $5.15 per share. At $7 per share we trade with a combined book value of 1.4. When you look at high flying RRX. they have shareholders equity of $405 million and shares outstanding of 179 million. so that's $2.27 per share book value. RRX trades at $10.30 so that's like 4.5 times book value. If SGY and LNV can trade at 50% of RRX book value or 2.25 with a book value of $5.15 we would trade at $11.59. Just my two cents. Always do your own math but for what its worth a target of $8 seems very conservative to me. ALL IMHO, Best of luck to All
