One reason the SP was driven down is due to law suits that have now been dismissed.  I think they also had some one time non cash write downs that hurt earnings.

This company is grossly undervalued with good growth.  We have a owner/operator so his interests are aligned with shareholders.  The company has also been buying back shares.

Check out Smart Employee Benefits (SEB.V) for another grossly undervalued business with incredible growth ahead.  There are a couple opinion articles for this company on stockhouse that I found useful.
