Annual Shareholder Meeting

Annual Shareholder Meeting

I was at today's meeting and gained some insight. One thing coming soon is that there will be management changes in the very near future. They didn't say why but implied that it has to do with alligning the right managers with the functions they excel in. They may also find a way to identify the coal they get from Ping Yi on the quarterly reports so  it is easier for investors to  identify when doing due dillegence. D Lee went off record and said he expects big increases in shareholder value coming in the not too distant future. He did not say this At last year's meeting. The dual listing was approved. My take on this is that they will fund future mine purchases by doing an ipo on the foreign exchange. They also brought up the share buy back but no specific date was mentioned. Also mentioned was that they are broadening their institutional investor base by targeting small and mid-size funds and have met with a few already.
