Was there any discussion at the AGM concerning GuanShunYuan Group Mining Co (GSY) ? On Aug 6th 2012 news release https://finance.yahoo.com/news/l-l-energy-partners-sizeable-100000401.html D Lee mentions near the last paragraph of a potential future JV with them. Also was there any discussion regarding Union ? Moy said at the last conf call that they were in intense negotiations with Union with one or two of their mines if my memory serves me correctly.
