Not 100% sure of this, but if they had discussed coal from Ping Yi at the shareholder meeting, they would have been discussing Q1 material events at a meeting with a limited attendance, and this could cause trouble with the SEC.

The 10-Q talks about sales (credits) from Ping Yi because these are events that happened in Q1/2013, not FY2012.
