Coo2002:  Just wondering...Are you treating the formation as a cup and handle?  I suspect not since as defined by trending123.com (and others) :

'Down sloping handles

The handle will tend to be down sloping, however the following criteria indicate a potential failure:

  • the handle should not drop below the top half of the cup formation
  • the price should not drop below the 200 day Moving Average'

You don't mention the C&H and I have been treating it as such but the formation is broken at this point.
