The best advice I can give on this 144 matter is to restate how I obtained the info....It came from the Dow jones newswire which is not a data base that you can access. It is a subscription service. The 144 popped up on my mobile trading platform on Friday....

They have access to mailed in manual submissions that are not on the edgar data base and may never be unless the company files it electronically....This decision is voluntary for a public company but the submission is not...just the manner of it is.

All of the necessary info is on the form, so if you need to verify it, you have to E-mail; Dow jones...
