Sorry for delay in response. As many have stated, including L&L mgmt., they need to have a clearly defined

set of gov't mandates. The clearest one being mechanization requirements over a 5 year timeline. The second, less specific, is how much pressure is the provincial gov't. going to put on smaller mines to consolidate or cease. As these smaller mines, and even larger operators not able to upgrade to mech specs, feel the pressure, there is an expectation of a surge in consolidation. This happened in the northern provinces, where Yang has great contacts still.

So, as the provincial gov't sets the agenda, and it has been waiting for the senior gov't change, this sets the process in motion that has been frozen for much of this year. That is not to say it happens in the next 3 months, but over the next year ++, something has to move.
