DC: This could be the moment we have waited for for the last two years. ( It has to be the ultimate 'Chinese torture' trick.)

But this last remark is what caught my attention:

'PS  I really think folks will be surprised by what happens in the next few years economically...once we get through all this muck.'

It is now estimated that the US will become the #1 supplier/producer of oil , probably before 2020. We are in a position to become the energy producer for the  world.  It could catapult the country back to fiscal health, restore lost jobs, etc.  (All we would need is for the Republicans to get their heads out their 'armpits' and face the sun for a change.)

I am hopeful that LLEN will prove the 'doubters' were dead wrong all along.  The addition of two new mines, not to include also all the other items you mention should put LLEN 'on the map'.  Given the dire coal environment in the US, I might even expect US coal companies will soon attempt to buy the company in order to save their own.
