1) A couple of months ago the CEO addressed dual listing, saying it would take about one year to process the move.  2) New auditor was promised before the 'big 4' scandals involving E&Y and Deloitte were uncovered.  Small company like LLEN not ready for 'big 4' or 'big 6'.  Kabani doing fine, anyway. S.
