Fong is a stutterer. I've noticed it every time I've heard him speak. He's fine when he's reading his prepared statements, but the stammer becomes apparent once he's in the QA&A. It means nothing as to his veracity.

 

I wouldn't hold out hope for insider buys for two reasons:

 

1) Most of the big insiders receive some shares as part of their pay package

2) All of the activity in buying. merging, expanding creates a constant flow of material events that complicates insider buying
