I do understand that accounting practices are being scrutinized by SEC; however, are we to assume that all Chinese small caps are in violation?
That being said I may, in the name of 'caution' do as you suggest-but perhaps not for at least a few days. Do you have reliable information as to how soon the SEC may take action against Ch. small caps.
Any information at all would be most appreciated.
