RE: RE: Sinking faster than the Titanic Well Brother it is very apparent you DID Not listen to the conference call, The equity they are purchasing these mines with is based on the shares being offered as equity at, can you say it... Book Value, which was 4.84, if that 4.84 is never realized....what happens then(void?), they would get more bang for their buck by getting the SP over at least 3.00 and on someones radar....and above the Book Value to around 6.00 on an equity swap...Basic Business Banking 101, less dilution and raises the companies valuation, no one want small caps with no market cap, and for that matter capex, for some odd reason.
as for name calling, try not to be foolish. WE are all dismayed with the short action.
