Bar, I do see how you arrive at that calculation.  I used different numbers, which I understand you likely dispute; but here goes:  $2.33(Could be more, could be less) / $1.30X .85=$3.2425.  The mystery here is that the numbers selected will have a certain percentage of subjectivity.   And besides, by his own admission, Bulkowski only recently discovered the pattern (since 2008).  I don't think he has yet to take into account a full six months (180 days!) of bottoming. S.
