Thinly traded Not sure you could have gotten a fill at 1.97/1.98/ and definitely not at 1.99 on the sell side. Had a sell at 2.03 but it will not execute this year. Not enough volume.
Games, that is all that is being played here...mm hopes you get bored and sell out at market.
