That is a load of scrap. Companies and insiders buy shares on the open market all the time, hiding the truth, is all you heard....Truthfully they have no cash to buy shares and the officers are selling shares to pay their bills....

To say they can't for 9 months is absurd, and non believable.

15 years in business and Share Price 2.00...really, cmon you guys are better than this, but it is what it is, a non investment grade security, just ask Wall Street..
