Old: We are all on pins and needles wondering what the purpose(s) of this trip might be; and the three biggest issues that we can see are 1) dual listing possibility, and 2) acquisitions in IM and 3) the oversight of assets so far from the current base of operations.

One condition that probably caused some delay is the paucity of adequate coal rail lines out of the area. Additional lines are due for completion sometime in 2015: https://www.wantchinatimes.com/news-subclass-cnt.aspx?id=20120214000022&cid=1102.

I think a concern of many of us are concerned about the logistics of such an operation but I am sure they will have thought it through before embarking on such a venture.
