RE: RE: 'Y' refuses to post the following...

Hi there DC:  I really want to hear what you think is going on.  I know that Moy and Lee have been very responsive to your emails in the past.  It's nothing you have done so why are they not responding now?

I will say that on the few occasions that I have called Sean has been less than gracious....and that's just
Sean!  I think that the 'office' has b ecome suspicious due to the bashing they've experienced and I would understand their reticence.  Perhaps they are maturing as a company...perhaps others cause mischief...perhaps you are correct that they are in a 'dark' period. That would be our preference. Yes?

I do believe he (DL)has been convinced that responding to investors' emails isn't a good idea.  We KNOW that he gives out information that the 'company' regards as premature or otherwise ill-advised; and/or they are in process with some kind of 'deal'.

When have we known the company to take the board and officers to China?  It's not for vacation certainly. I can't conceive of Dickson approving such a 'frivolous' use of company funds.  Something must be up.

How long now has the 'new crew' (Yang, Peng, Datwani, new atty etc.) been on board?  It is about time we see some evidence of their value.   It does seem too early for an announcement of a dual listing.

And I don't get the move to IM either, but I know nothing about the advantages of doing so at this time. But, I wonder also about another alliance...the company has announced a number of 'strategic' partnerships over the last few years. UE has come closest to what I would call a SP but so far it is not yet a partnership,  If I were to hazard a guess it might be (gasp!)...some sort of merger? What say you?

Sharpei

And why Beijing for a meeting?  Who or what is in Beijing?
