Dr. Jeremy Siegel (Wharton School of Business (Can you say Trump family graduates?) talking Dow 17,000 within two years possible...'Siegel, whose bullish prediction made headlines earlier this year, said today on Fast Money Dow 17,000 was even more likely now.'  If you think about all the money the Central Banks are pumping into the economies and if jobs pick up here and elsewhere it ...more

Is he perhaps talking about the DOW because it is laden with dividend paying stocks?  The fed is saying it will keep rates low  - possiblfy for at  least two more years.  With banks paying extremely little interest on investment accounts, bond interest already low, where else can one put money and expect a safe return other than in quality dividend paying stocks?  Is ...more

Hmmmm. Sharpei -Its been over 10 years since I was a real estate agent but at the time spring and summer were the best months to sell homes mainly because of children in schools the rest of the year. The kids made it exceptionally difficult when it came to moving into a new school district during school season. I wonder why fall would be a better time to sell a home? >
